Club Gala 2008
The Club Gala for Wirral Aquarius will be taking place on Friday 14th, Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th November. Entry forms will be given out at the beginning of October. Entry forms will also be released on the site.
This is the 32nd Club Gala and we hope that all members will try their best to enter the gala. Presentation Evening will be organized for December 2008.
Free Water Polo Session - For WASC Swimmers only!
Free Session for all swimmers of Wirral Aquarius and also Water Polo Members. The date will be announce shortly.
Bleep Testing
The Bleep test will be starting again in September 2008! Check out the ladder so far of people who have archive levels in the bleep test.
Bleep testing is a new training technique that is currently being used by Mick Connor the basic idea is that swimmers do a series of lengths within a time limit and each level they advance it gets a little harder.
Anyone, any ability willing to participate; see Mick Connor on poolside on Saturdays.
